How we do it – a few simple steps:
Email us sfiles@suzannesfiles.com Provide the basic information of what you seek. Give us a sense of your style, tastes and needs.
If you prefer to talk via phone, provide your number and convenient times to reach you.
We ask the right questions, which enable us to determine the most suitable and relevant experts/service providers for that specific occasion.
We then brief our selected service providers and present back to you the options that correspond most closely to your taste, needs and desires OR we connect you directly to the expert(s) who will deliver a highly professional, upscale service.
There is no ‘middleman’ involved in the transaction process - so no delays, no misunderstandings, no non-sense.
We follow up to ensure that all is going smoothly - and remain contactable at all times.

How does the S Files Service make money?
You, the client are charged a flat rate retainer fee for Suzanne’s time, expertise and industry/destination connections. This fee is determined by what your needs are; how much time your request will take. To ensure transparency, all transactions are made directly between you and the service providers that we introduce you to, unless it is a hotel booking which is done directly via Suzanne’s Files as a service to our readers. Our experts will never ‘load’ prices, (but will sometimes be able to negotiate special rates or added-value privileges) – they are not in the ‘discounts and deals’ business. Their main focus is true expertise and the opening of doors that might otherwise remain closed. These service providers can only sometimes pay us a share of their revenue as commission - so you know…
