Membership Agreement
By this agreement, Suzanne’s Files, Inc. (“Suzanne’s Files”) grants you, the Member, a non-exclusive license to subscribe to the S|Files, References to "you" and "your" are to the Member as an individual.
By clicking "I Agree" at the end of the S|Files registration screen, you are forming a contract and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Use set forth, all of which are hereby agreed to between Suzanne’s Files and the Member.
Effective Date
A new membership will become effective upon registration and payment of the S|Files membership fees, and continue for the membership period selected. The membership and this agreement will remain in effect thereafter for successive years, so long as annual membership fees are paid.
Description of Services
On the Effective Date, Members are entitled to all benefits and privileges of S|Files membership (the “Services”), which include the following that may be added to or changed from time to time:
- Access to the S|Files website (the “Site”)
- S|Files monthly directory in PDF format
- Travel Cheat Sheets
- Reminders
- Privileges
- Invitations
Payment of Fees
Member is responsible for all membership fees, and hereby authorizes Suzanne’s Files to obtain payment of all such membership fees in accordance with the payment information as stated on registration.
Termination
Members may cancel their membership at any time and without cause, in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Upon termination of this Agreement, Member will immediately discontinue all access to and use of the Services. Suzanne’s Files reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if Member breaches any of its material obligations under this Agreement. Suzanne’s Files shall not be liable for any damages resulting from a termination of this Agreement as provided for herein; provided, however, the termination of this Agreement shall not affect any claim arising prior to such termination.
