S|Files Refund and Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed, and while we are confident that we will wow you, our service is backed by a refund and cancellation policy. Here is how it works:

  • You may cancel your membership at anytime and for any reason at all, by sending us a written notice by email to inquiries@suzannesfiles.com or by fax to +1-617-556-2648. Upon notification of cancellation, we will immediately stop charging your credit card, bank, or PayPal account, and no future charges will occur.
  • Membership fees will be prorated, and the non-used portion shall be refunded. The non-used portion is calculated based upon the number of months remaining in the membership period.
  • Your membership will remain active until the end of the current month already paid for and in effect.
  • Refunds will be processed in the same method that payment was received. Please allow 2 weeks for processing your request. Fees will not be refunded if the membership has been canceled due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use.

Note: We reserve the right to revise the terms of this Refund Policy. Any changes made will apply to all memberships created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.
