Uber-chef Alain Ducasse’s Provençal hideaway features 11 guest rooms and one suite in a beautifully restored farmhouse. The bedrooms are named after different aspects of Provence, and have a decor to match—lavender with soothing blues and purples, or rose with subtle red accents. All of the bedrooms are comfortable rather than luxurious, with splendid bathrooms and even better views. There’s also a talented in-house Ayurvedic masseur, and the most gorgeous gardens—especially (surprise, surprise) the kitchen garden. Oh, and did I mention the fabulous cooking?
