Mediterranean cuisine and homemade desserts are the specialties, but any choice from the menu of international dishes will not disappoint. Pull up a chair in the cozy living room or the garden of orange groves, vines and flowers of all kinds, where the tables are set beneath a canopy of branches and fairy lights, breathe deep and enjoy.

| Description:
This seasonal restaurant-bar sits on Ibiza’s answer to Nikki Beach, but don’t expect beach-shack chic. Glamour is the modus operandi here. There waiters breeze about delivering stiff cocktails in mondo glasses to loungers and and gorgeous women in cut-away swimsuits and big glasses sipping on cocktails while a DJ sets the mood. Expect imaginative culinary compositions like mango ravioli and melon soup with cheese.

| Description:
Listen up, fashionistas: this one’s for you. The downstairs boutique seemingly has an unspoken agreement that the restaurant will be used as a catwalk for its designer-label obsessed clientele. When it comes to the food, though, sometimes style can trump substance. Beautiful people here nibble on interesting concoctions that don’t always work. The sushi is a safe bet. Even if you’re not hungry, it’s worth dropping by for evening drinks on the rooftop terrace, which has views of the D’Alt Villa fortress glittering in the distance.

Technically, this is a beach—and a gorgeous one, at that—but its great little snack bar is worthy of mention. Taste some of the fresh gambas a la plancha while soaking up the rays, or just opt for a good, old-fashioned burger.

El BigotesAddress: Cala Mastella near San Carlos, Ibiza Spain Neighborhood: |
Contact Information: |
| Geography:
|
|
| Description:
This is a glammy little find with an odd name. El Bigotes translates as "the moustache," but don’t go thinking 1970s and Cadillacs. It’s just a nod to the proprietor’s signature feature. It’s one among many tiny beach restaurants hidden among the dry docks in a cove. There are just a few tables and no phone, which gives the chefs all the more time to focus on the food. Many visitors come for its grilled fish. Keep in mind that you must make a reservation in person a day in advance.

| Description:
In the hills outside San Rafael sits this opulent, emporium-like restaurant/club where Moroccan fusion cuisine and party atmosphere keep the ambiance lively. DJs adorned with tattoos often spin until the wee hours, especially when El Ayoun is playing host to one of several electronic music festivals held throughout the year. Sit on the terrace and enjoy the evening breeze and idyllic view, or dine in the softly lit dining room. Their mojitos are delicious and stiff.
