The one to watch in Buenos Aires; A new Park Hyatt in the gorgeous resedential Recoleta area. Opened end of June 2006; restored Palacio and next-door Posadas building, linked by a gorgeous garden and stunning underground art gallery space. I love the Park Hyatt in Paris (Place Vendome) and hear this one is tops top. Especially like the 25 M indoor pool if you are one for laps. Stay here on biz or for fun, even knowing it is a “serious” hotel unlike some of the more fashionable fun ones I’ve listed. Room rates from $350 USD.
