Its 152 rooms, designed by Maurizio Papiri, effortlessly combine comfort and style. There’s a choice of two bars, and the Box Block restaurant serves up unusual, well executed Bohemian cuisine. Service is usually exceptional, but a friend recently reported that they asked concierge to send a runner get something in town and was told that the hotel “does not provide this kind of service”.
