You can kick start the day with a three-course gourmet breakfast, then head off for some local wine-tasting, golf, spa treatment, cycling or hot-air balloon flight, or simply laze poolside and drink in those breathtaking valley views. Guests also have the chance to live like a vintner, with a spectacular wine cellar to explore and choose a wine for dinner. There’s a spa but no restaurant or resort facilities.
