Bill’s
For a taste of typical Sydney, get down to Bill’s. It gets crowded at weekends, but the breakfast is the stuff Sydney dreams are made of… Think; ricotta hotcakes with honeycomb butter and banana, sweet corn fritters with roast tomatoes and bacon, and good old simple scrambled eggs; and of course, strong coffee - head here if you need to wake up. Don’t try and deviate from the menu though - they don’t take kindly to suggestions!

Sean’s Panaroma, Bondi
Exactly what you’d expect from Bondi Beach; chilled out, lovingly sourced, expertly prepared food. Menus on blackboards, ocean view, and friendly, relaxed waiters give it a great vibe - but don’t let that fool you, some of Sydney’s best food comes out of this kitchen. All I’ll say is: make sure you leave room for dessert…
