I have been both to the Ciragan Hammam and at Motus. I worked out periodically at Motus when I spent part of my summer in Istanbul. The staff are professional and friendly and so is the owner, Serra. Motus is smaller and more boutique-y than other places but the services are excellent. It’s best go there at just before noon, at lunchtime or early afternoon to beat the crowd. The Ciragan Hammam is beautiful and luxurious but I actually prefer the hammam practitioners at the Sheraton Women’s Spa since they are more seasoned in their craft.
