Cook with master chef Raymond Blanc. Something for everyone from the novice through to the experienced enthusiast. During the day you will be guided through tutored wine tastings, creating some of Le Manoir’s classic dishes including Coq au Vin, Confit Canard and Moules Mariniére. Given the intensity of the course, you will be grateful that it is residential…the course price includes lunch, a celebratory dinner with accompanying wines, overnight accommodation in one of Le Manoir’s grand bedrooms and breakfast the following morning.
