I visited Moinhos Velhos two years ago and have been trying to return ever since. Two weeks of ‘just you’ time – there is nothing like it and your body will thank you. Every juice is made fresh with fruit and veg from their garden, a variation daily. The yoga/meditation treehouse is surrounded by sliding glass doors… ahhh. The saltwater pool is fresh and immaculately clean. Walks have never felt so meditative. If you can afford the expense and time off, give your body a treat and your digestive system the break it deserves!
